Niger: NSCDC settles youths clash in Minna with Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, in Niger State has disclosed that it has effectively adopted Alternative Dispute Resolution, ADR mechanisms in resolving the clash between youths in the Kwangila and Ketaren-Gwari areas of Minna, the Niger State capital.
