A professor of law, Sabastine Hon, SAN, has pleaded with President Bola Tinubu to grant full posthumous pardon to late former Chief of Army Staff, Col. Joseph Akaahan, in recognition of his sterling contributions to the Nigerian Army and the nation at large.
