The Federal Government has recaptured at least 5 of 12 inmates who escaped from custody during Monday’s jailbreak at the Medium Security Custodial Centre in Koton Karfe, Kogi state.
A statement by the spokesman of the Nigerian Correctional Service NCoS, Abubakar Umar, said the incident occurred in the early hours of Monday 24th March 2024.
