A security analyst for East and West Africa, Brant Philip, has claimed that the alleged leader of the failed coup attempt in Benin Republic, Lt. Colonel Pascal Tigri, has fled across the border to Lomé, Togo.
Philip, speaking on the development, said, “Intelligence sources indicate that Lt. Col. Tigri escaped Benin shortly after the failed operation and is currently hiding in Lomé.”
