The 2023 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, has mourned Lady Helen Owie, wife of a former Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Rowland Owie.
PUNCH Online reports that Helen Owie died on Wednesday in Abuja at the age of 71.
