Nigeria has spent $500 million on polio eradication efforts, but some challenges remain in fully eliminating the Circulating Vaccine-Derived Poliovirus (cVDPV).
The Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Muhammad Pate, disclosed this at a high-level meeting with the Polio Oversight Board development partners and government officials on Thursday in Abuja.
