A Kebbi State High Court for Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Special Court in Birnin Kebbi has sentenced two men, Murtala Abdullahi and Abdullahi Abdullahi, to life imprisonment for the rape of a 14-year-old girl.
The court found the men guilty on four charges, including criminal conspiracy to commit rape, rape, criminal conspiracy to commit intimidation and intimidation, as outlined in the Kebbi State Penal Code Law 2021.
