The Bauchi State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has arrested a 45-year-old man for railway vandalism and recovered stolen railway materials worth millions of naira.
Commandant, Oloyede Nelson Oyerinde disclosed this while briefing journalists in Bauchi.
