Residents of Imon community in the Adudu Chiefdom of Obi Local Government Area, Nasarawa State, have taken to the streets in protest following the alleged killing of a 35-year-old Tiv woman, Kpadoo Lazarus-Uwua, by a suspected young herder.
According to sources, Lazarus-Uwua was attacked on March 26, 2025, while fishing in a local stream.
