A 40-year-old man, identified as Mr. Iheanacho from Umuoju village, Umuelechi Obuzor, in Ukwa West LGA of Abia State has been arrested by the Obehie Police Division for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old girl.
The landlord was alleged to have committed the crime in September, against the victim who is a daughter of his tenant.
