Justice Dehinde Dipeolu, of the Federal High Court in Lagos, on Wednesday, sentenced a businessman, Sunday Okorie, to six months imprisonment for failing to declare the sum of $299,000 and €100.
The judge also ordered the forfeiture of the $299,000, and €100 to the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Earlier, Okorie had suddenly collapsed mid-way into his case.
