A Kaduna Magistrates’ Court on Thursday remanded two sales clerks, Timothy James, 27, and Daniel Williams, 32, who were charged with stealing a total of N7.6 million from their employer.
The accused, both residents of Barnawa, Kaduna, pleaded not guilty to the charges of criminal conspiracy and theft.
Magistrate Ibrahim Emmanuel ordered that the duo be remanded in a correctional facility and adjourned the case to May 26 for a ruling on their bail applications.
