Hair stylist in court for allegedly stealing customer’s N80,000, ATM cards

A hairstylist, Martina Auta, 30, who allegedly stole her customer’s N80,000 and two ATM cards, was arraigned on Wednesday before a Kaduna Magistrates’ Court.

The defendant, who resides in Narayi, Kaduna, is facing a two-count charge of breach of trust and stealing, to which she pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Insp. Chidi Leo, said the defendant committed the offenses on March 20 at the Barnawa area of Kaduna at 3:00 p.m.
