An Ekiti State High court sitting in Ado Ekiti, the state capital, has discharged and acquitted a 23-year-old man, Adeyemi Olawale, who was arraigned on the alleged offence of raping a 14-year-old girl.
The defendant was arraigned before Justice Adeniyi Familoni on February 15, 2022, on one count of rape.
