EFCC to arraign 47 for Internet fraud in Edo

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission says it would arraign no fewer than 47 suspects arrested for alleged involvement in Internet fraud in Benin, Edo State.

The commission disclosed this in a statement on its Facebook page on Tuesday.

According to the antigraft agency, the suspects were arrested following credible intelligence about their activities.

It added that cars, mobile phones, and laptops were recovered from the suspects.
