Court grants 61-year-old N50m bail in cannabis trafficking case

A Federal High Court in Lagos has granted bail in the sum of N50m to 61-year-old Fayisare Opaleye, who is standing trial for alleged trafficking of 1.5 tonnes of cannabis sativa.

Justice Musa Kakaki, in a ruling delivered on Monday, ordered that the defendant produce three sureties in like sum.
