NACA to end mother-to-child HIV transmission in Delta

The National Agency for the Control of AIDS has set up a multi-sectoral committee to end mother-to-child transmission in Delta State.

The Director-General of NACA, Dr Temitope Ilori, who inaugurated the Delta State Paediatric Prevention of Maternal-To-Child Transmission of HIV Accelerated Committee on Thursday in Asaba, the Delta State capital, said the treatment of HIV infection in the country remains free despite funding challenges.
