Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi and Reza Farahan have reached their limits when it comes to Sky Askari’s views of the valley.
In Us Weekly’s exclusive sneak peek of the Thursday, January 29, episode of The Valley: Persian Style, Sky is put in the hot seat during a group trip to Palm Springs, California.
“I just want a bigger house, a little bit — not in the valley,” Sky shares with the cast. “I don’t like to live in the valley. I don’t like the food. I don’t like the vibe.”
Unfortunately, there are a few roadblocks that prevent Sky from actually leaving the neighborhood. For starters, her husband, Bamshad Akhbari, doesn’t think it’s the smartest decision.
“Personally, if it’s just me, right now, it’s just not a good time,” he explains. “Not the right time.”
When Reza asks his costar to ease up on the shopping before they look at a $2 million house together, Sky can’t fully get on board.
“No, no, no,” she says while laughing. “That I can’t.”
While much of the cast stays quiet, Greg Haroutunian pipes in and expresses his frustration at Sky’s assessment of the neighborhood.

“That talk? ‘I don’t want to live in the valley?’” he says. “Get the f*** out of here bro.”
When Bamshad doubles down and says he doesn’t think it’s the right move, Greg can’t help but speak out again.
“Get on the same page and stop fronting bro,” he says. “You don’t have another choice honey.”
The two cast members with the biggest reactions, however, easily come from GG and Reza.
“Literally, I swear to God, you would think you grew up with a silver spoon in your mouth and a trust fund,” Reza says.

When Sky replies, “I’m not snobby at all,” Reza and GG can’t help but get even louder.
“What?” Reza asks before getting up from his chair and laughing around the table. “She bad.”
GG adds, “We’re on a TV show called The F***ing Valley. Girl, girl, girl. I love you, but girl.”
Before The Valley: Persian Style kicked off earlier this month, Sky shared an inside look into her life in Southern California.
“While our work and daily life are centered in the city, the valley offers a different kind of convenience and consistency,” she exclusively told Us. “At this stage of my life, creating a calm, grounded environment for my family is the priority. The valley gives us that balance — a place to unplug, focus on home and maintain a sense of routine while navigating very full, very public lives.”
After describing the season as “eye-opening, revealing and transformative,” Sky shared her hopes of what viewers will take away from her story.
“My message is to stay true to yourself, don’t quit, don’t go out of your way to blend in and know when to remove yourself from toxic situations,” she shared. “Nothing is worth your peace or your dignity. You’re the one who decides what you allow in your life. That’s the takeaway I hope resonates with the younger generation, with women, with mothers and with wives navigating their own paths.”
