John Stamos and his wife, Caitlin McHugh Stamos, are celebrating their only child’s 7th birthday.
In a poignant message shared via Instagram on Thursday, April 10, the Fuller House alum, 61, wished son Billy a happy birthday before sharing a message to the “real hero of April 10,” Caitlin.
