Jigawa State governor, Umar Namadi, has announced that his administration will allocate over N3.4bn yearly to fund the newly formed safety guards.
The initiative, launched by Governor Namadi, will see 9,974 private security guards employed to safeguard public properties comprising schools, hospitals, courts, and water facilities across Jigawa State.
