A total of 1000 teachers are set to be recruited in Nasarawa State under the Adolescent Girls Initiative and Empowerment project.
Technical Officer of the project, Jephtha Daleng made this known on Thursday at a meeting with Nasarawa State House of Assembly Joint Committee on Education, Women and Youth and Sports.
He said the project also earmarked 30 schools for upgrade in the state.
