First Bank fumes as court dismisses suit against General Hydrocarbons

The management of First Bank on Tuesday expressed dismay at the ruling of a federal high court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, which set aside a legal action the bank initiated against energy company General Hydrocarbons.

The bank argued that while it has great respect for the courts, it strongly disagrees with the ruling, which it described as “miscarriage of justice”.
