The manufacturer of Pop Power Energy Drinks, Mamuda Beverages Nig Ltd, has asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to dismiss a suit filed by Rite Foods Ltd, the maker of Fearless Energy Drinks, over alleged trademark infringement.
The company, through its lawyer, O.E.B. Offiong, asked Justice Emeka Nwite to dismiss the suit for being an abuse of court process.
