Despite a certificate forgery scandal on his neck, a former Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Uche Nnaji, has emerged as the 2027 Enugu State’s governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) His candidacy, however, is of the faction loyal to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike. Nigeria, Türkiye sign mining cooperation agreement — Minister

Nigeria and the Republic of Türkiye have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation in the solid minerals sector, the Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dele Alake, has said. Akwa Ibom: Police nab 178 suspects, recover 69 firearms in May
