Leadership coach and political activist, Adetokunbo Olufela Durotoye, has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of being the major obstacle to democracy in Nigeria. Unknown gunmen suspected to be bandits have again struck in a community in Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State, killing four and rustling cattle. The recent attack comes barely one week after gunmen invaded Kasuwan Deji in the same local government area, killing 42.
