The Association of Resident Doctors at the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu, Ogun State, has suspended its ongoing 10-day warning strike following assurances from the the state government on the payment of its members’ professional allowance on or before July 31st, 2025. A 32-year-old man, Emeka Joseph, has been remanded at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre in Lagos over the alleged assault of his 18-year-old wife, Ezaka Chisom Prisellia, in the Isheri-Oshun area.
