A Lagos Waste Management Authority, LAWMA, operative, identified as Mr Baba Ibeji, has been seriously injured after he was struck by a speeding containerised truck along the Offin Canal axis inward Eko Bridge, Lagos. The Sokoto State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development has lifted the suspension on the management team of Nigeria National League, NNL, side Sokoto United. The death toll from a landslide in Indonesia has climbed to 74, authorities said Friday, extending the search for missing people and bodies nearly two weeks since it began.
