The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, has apprehended a bullion van driver for flouting traffic laws by driving against the designated flow of traffic. The driver, identified as Mr Daniel Ikede, was intercepted while transporting cash from a First Bank branch at Chevron towards Ajah.
