Troops of the Joint Task Force, Operation Whirl Stroke (OPWS), have killed two suspected terrorists and rescued three kidnapped victims in Katsina-Ala Local Government Area of Benue State. A female teacher in Anambra State accused of flogging a student to death has surrendered to the police in the state.
