There was mild panic on Monday at the Old Government House, Abakaliki, following the sudden appearance of a stray dog that caused commotion among workers and visitors within the premises. Eyewitnesses said the dog, described as fierce-looking, reportedly wandered into the Government House complex along Ogoja Road during working hours, triggering fear and confusion.
