The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority has given a seven-day ultimatum to all domestic airlines to integrate a mandatory special needs assistance option on their ticket reservation platforms to improve access for passengers with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility. The directive was contained in a statement signed by the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, NCAA, Michael Achimugu, on Friday.
