The Oyo State Police Command has arrested a man, Olaitan Oloyede, over allegations of defiling his neighbour’s minor in the Oke-Alaro area of Ibadan. PUNCH Metro learnt from a statement issued on Saturday night by the command’s spokesperson, Ayanlade Olayinka, that the incident occurred in October.
