A suspected phone thief was attacked by a group of youths in the Dorayi area of Kano State after he was accused of attempting to steal a woman’s mobile phone. Eyewitnesses said the suspect allegedly tried to snatch the woman’s phone, triggering a confrontation that swiftly turned violent. Nigerian striker, Uchenna Ugundu is set to join Bundesliga club, Augsburg on a permanent deal, DAILY POST reports. According to the authoritative transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, Augsburg have agreed a deal with Turkish outfit, Alanyaspor for the player. “Augsburg agree deal in principle to sign Uchenna Ogundu as new striker from Alanyaspor,” Romano wrote on X. Fire has gutted a residential building at Fabikez Street, Omagba Phase 2, in Onitsha North Local Government Area of Anambra State, killing a 95-year-old woman who was reportedly trapped for several hours.
