The detection led to the official declaration of the country’s first outbreak in more than 30 years. The Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic, Ile Oluji, Ondo State, has approved the appointment of Mr Samson Omogbehiin, as the rector of the polytechnic in an acting capacity.
