Endometriosis is a disease that can cause pain and infertility, and currently, there is no cure for it. Researchers at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom studied DNA samples from thousands of female participants to see if there is a genetic component underlying endometriosis. The researchers collaborated with 25 teams internationally to obtain and analyze a large set of data from female participants both with and without endometriosis. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested four top officials of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) over fraud allegations. They were arrested over suspicious payment of over N2 billion Duty Tour Allowance (DTA) to themselves, according to sources at the commission. Jean-Marc Cordier, a former Vice President of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), has joined the services of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited. Garba Deen Muhammad, the chief corporate communications officer of NNPCL, in a statement on Monday said Mr Cordier joined the company as head of its oil trading arm, NNPC Trading Ltd.
