The Nasarawa State Police Command has recorded significant security breakthroughs, arresting 12 suspected criminals and rescuing seven victims who were held hostage across the state between January 1, 2026, and date. No fewer than 80 militants operating in the Calabar creeks and parts of Akpabuyo Local Government Area of Cross River State have voluntarily surrendered arms and ammunition to the Nigerian Army.
