The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, said its operatives arrested a Brazil based Nigerian businessman, Uche Franklin Onyekwere, at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMIA, Ikeja-Lagos, for concealing parcels of cocaine in his private part and soles of his footwear.
