Researchers in the United States have reported promising results from a personalised cancer vaccine designed to prevent melanoma from returning or spreading. The vaccine, known as intismeran autogene, is being developed by Moderna, a biotechnology company, in partnership with Merck, a biopharmaceutical company. It is designed for patients with high-risk melanoma after their tumours have been surgically removed, Reuters reported. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested a 101-year-old woman for allegedly selling cannabis in Ilisan, Ogun State. According to a statement on Sunday by the NDLEA spokesperson, Femi Babafemi, the woman, Esther Ogunmabo, was arrested on 15 August with 90 grammes of skunk, a strain of cannabis, packaged in small sachets, the agency said in a statement on Sunday.
