The Academic Board of Kogi Polytechnic, Lokoja, has approved the withdrawal of 229 students due to poor academic performance. Nigeria’s crude oil and condensate production rose to an average of 1.66 million barrels per day (bpd) in April 2026, bringing the country close to its production target under the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) quota.
