The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has banned the activities of Neolife and Faith Heroic Group (FHG) on campus and asked students to stay away from them. A 40-year-old woman, Nafisat Lateef, has been arrested by the Ondo State Police Command for allegedly poisoning the three-year-old son of her tenant at Omifon, Odigbo Local Government Area of the state. According to the police, Lateef poisoned the boy following an argument between her and the victim’s mother, identified as Rofiat.
