An Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court have sentenced a class teacher, Peter Jacob to life imprisonment for defiling a 9-year-old pupil with special needs. Former Chelsea man, Chris Sutton has told the club to buy back their sold striker, Tammy Abraham. The death toll from Cyclone Freddy, which dissipated in mid-March after massive flooding and landslides in southern Africa, could exceed 1,200 in Malawi as hopes dwindle of finding survivors, police and authorities said Thursday. The Debt Management Office, on Thursday, revealed that Nigeria’s total public debt stock increased to N46.25 trillion or $103.11 billion in the fourth quarter of 2022. Property worth millions of naira were destroyed by rainstorm in some parts of Akure, the Ondo State capital and some other towns in the state. The Chief Operating Officer of Lekki Deep Seaport, Lawrence Smith, has said the sailing time of vessels using the Lekki Deep Seaport is usually shortened by about a week.
