Agentic payment activity on Coinbase’s Base network has surpassed 100 million transactions, signaling that machine-to-machine payments are moving beyond the proof-of-concept stage in onchain environments. The police in Edo State have arrested a suspected member of a kidnapping syndicate and recovered the body of one of three women abducted from their residence in Ovia North-East Local Government Area of the state. The police disclosed this in a tweet posted on Wednesday. Operatives of the Yobe State Police Command have uncovered an illegal firearms fabrication site in Potiskum and arrested seven suspects.
