The Nationwide League One, NLO, has announced players registration guidelines ahead of the upcoming season. The league body has urged clubs to remit a registration fee of ₦600,000 (six hundred thousand Naira) to its account in other to gain access to the NLO’s database. The modalities is for clubs in the NLO Division One and the U-19 Youth League. For the youth league clubs, submission of players’ primary school certificates is required. The National Pension Commission has recovered over N4.04bn in unremitted pension contributions between January and November 2025, representing an increase of more than 180 per cent compared with the N1.44bn recovered in the entire 2024 financial year. The Director-General of PenCom, Ms Omolola Oloworaran, disclosed this on Tuesday in Abuja while presenting her one-year scorecard at the Pension Revolution Summit and 2025 Media Conference.
