The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says Kano has recorded the highest number of people who revalidated their voter cards in northern Nigeria. Security forces in Kano State have launched a manhunt for suspected armed bandits following the abduction of four persons in Karaye Local Government Area of the state.
