The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, FCCPC, has unsealed the headquarters of Ikeja Electric in Lagos after the electricity distribution company complied with remedial measures over consumer rights violations. In a statement issued on Friday, the Commission’s spokesperson, Ondaje Ijagwu, said the facility was sealed on December 11, 2025, following Ikeja Electric’s failure to comply with a directive from the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC. A Nigerian Air Force (NAF) C-130 aircraft and its crew have arrived at the Air Force Base in Accra, Ghana, en route to Portugal for a scheduled flight maintenance mission.
