Kim Kardashian released micro designs that she claims “fit everybody,” but fans seemed to feel otherwise as several joked the outfits came with a serious fabric shortage.
Many social media users sounded off after Kardashian, 45, announced the launch of her micro Skims designs on Wednesday, July 1, including a thong, bralette and teddy.
“Kimberly, that does not fit everybody,” one wrote via Instagram, while another added, “Let me see it on everyBODY 👀.” A third remarked, “I literally cannot think of a single person who could wear this, or even want to 😭.”
However, there was one person who came to mind who would wear the microscopic look. “Bianca’s dream outfit,” a commenter replied via Reddit, referring to Kanye West’s wife, Bianca Censori.
The teddy featured itty-bitty pieces of fabric over the chest that crisscrossed over the model and behind her back. The look was finished with a thong back and small front.
Kardashian modeled the leopard-print Micro Bralette, which retails for $38, via Instagram on Wednesday, showing how the daring design fit her. The look barely covered her nipples and exposed her cleavage and underboob. The bralette was finished with halter straps and a thong strap with a bow in the center of her chest. The Skims founder styled the look with the set’s matching Micro Thong for $20. The design was complete with lace straps and delicate bows.
Kardashian also modeled the brand’s new Micro Skimpy Bralette ($38) in the limited edition Ultra Pink. The look was complete with a scoop neckline and spaghetti straps. She teamed the look with the Micro Tanga bottoms, finished with bows that tied on her hips and a V-waist.
Kardashian made sure that fans caught every angle of her look by leaning back on a counter and showing off her angles. In another pic, she snapped a mirror selfie and showed off her cheeky bottoms.
