Influencer Cole LaBrant is opening up about a scary health emergency involving his wife, Savannah LaBrant.
“Today was one of those days. Not to be dramatic, but one of the scariest days of my life. I woke up to a loud boom at 5AM,” Cole, 29, captioned a post via Instagram on Sunday, February 1. “Savannah had gotten up to go to the bathroom at the new house we’re staying at in California, and either tripped or passed out, we aren’t sure yet. Where she fell straight back onto her head busting it open. She passed out before I found her.”
Cole called 911 after seeing “blood coming from her head and a 2 inch gash exposing her skull.” Savannah, 32, was “rushed” to the ER and underwent testing.
“After running all the tests, we praise Jesus that she ended up with only a concussion and 7 staples,” Cole continued. “One of those freak accidents that could’ve had a very different outcome. Thank you, Jesus for having your hand over my wife. I love you, Savannah!”
Included in the post was a photo of Savannah in her hospital bed with her five children beside her. (Cole and Savannah share kids Everleigh, 13, Posie, 7, Zealand, 5, Sunday, 3, and Beckham, 20 months.)
Cole also shared a graphic video of Savannah screaming in pain as a doctor stapled the gash in her head, along with a photo of the wound after the stapling was completed. In the comments section of the post, fans, friends and family gathered to share prayers and well-wishes for Savannah.
“Bro praise The Lord she’s ok 😭That is terrifying,” one person commented, while a second person said, “Oh my goodness! So glad she’s okay! That’s so scary!”
“Wow! I’m so sorry! Praying for a speedy recovery,” said a third, while a fourth added, “Oh my goodness that is so scary! Love you guys and praying for Sav!”

Cole and Savannah have more than 50 million followers on TikTok combined, posting an array of family content, dancing videos and skits on their accounts. In a 2016 YouTube video, the couple opened up about how they met, with Cole DMing Savannah on the app Musical.ly after they had both gone viral on the popular video platform. He was 19 and she was 23 at the time.
Cole ended up bumping into Savannah and Everleigh in Los Angeles soon after their first social media exchange. (Savannah shares Everleigh with late ex Tommy Smith. Cole adopted Everleigh in 2024.) They began casually seeing each other before things turned romantic, and the rest is history. Cole and Savannah walked down the aisle in 2017, went on to expand their family and continue to post about their milestones on social media.
Cole and Savannah opened up about their romance and unconventional rise to fame in their joint 2018 book, Cole and Sav: Our Surprising Love Story.
“The main thing we’re trying to show our fans is a wholesome, not-perfect family that has a lot of fun together,” Cole told People in September 2018 while promoting the project. “God has given us this awesome platform that we use to glorify Him. [We’re having] a lot of fun doing it.”
