Hailey Bieber’s sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, is facing potential jail time after being officially charged over her 2024 arrest, where she was accused of throwing her tampon at a woman, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On January 26, Georgia prosecutors filed court docs that list the four misdemeanor criminal charges they brought against Aronow, which include simple battery, simple assault, battery and criminal trespass.
The prosecutors allege that on February 24, 2024, Aronow intentionally caused physical harm to a person named Jacinto Hills by striking said “victim in the genitals.”
In the court doc, the prosecutors claim Aronow, whose parents are actor Stephen Baldwin and Kennya Baldwin, threw a tampon at said victim, which they consider to be simple assault. In addition, Aronow allegedly removed “a portion of hair from the scalp of Ian O’Neill by pulling on said victim’s hair, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia.”
All of the drama went down at Club Elan, a venue in Georgia. The prosecutors claimed Aronow refused to leave the establishment despite being told to exit.
Per Georgia law, if found guilty, Aronow faces up to one year in jail on the battery charge.

The criminal case had no real movement for over a year until the charges were filed. It appeared Aronow had entered into some sort of pre-trial diversion program last year, but now an arraignment has been scheduled for April 23.
As Us previously reported, Aronow was arrested on February 24, 2024.
Per TMZ, the owner of the bar called law enforcement on Aronow to report that a woman was attacking his staff and would not leave. The police arrived to discover the woman in question was Aronow. Per a police report, officers spoke to two bouncers and one bartender.
The employees claimed Aronow became belligerent after being told she had to leave a bathroom for employees. Aronow told the bartender that she needed “to change her tampon and asked for a few minutes.” The bartender said Aronow was allowed to stay and fix her business.
The bartender said that when she returned to the restroom Aronow “removed her tampon and threw it” at her.
“Aronow can be seen fighting and resisting the entire way outside,” the police report read. “The video clearly shows Ms. Aronow grabbing and pulling Mr. O’Neill’s hair and her hitting Mr. Hills in the genitals.”
The report added, “This is when security stepped in and removed the female from the club.” Per the outlet, Aronow claimed she was acting in self-defense, and the employees were being dramatic.
“Ms. Aronow stated she was forcefully removed from the club,” per the report.
Per E!, the report continued, “She initially denied forcing her way into the bathroom, only stating she needed to use the restroom to throw up and change her tampon. She also initially denied throwing her used tampon at Ms. Cauley, but later stated she did throw it.”
“When confronted about her pulling Mr. O’Neill’s hair out and hitting Mr. Hill in the genitals,” the report alleged, “Ms. Aronow attempted to justify her action by stating she was defending herself.”
