Former Chelsea captain John Terry has named Cole Palmer as the best No. 10 in the world at present.
Chelsea returned to winning ways on Saturday, defeating Everton 2-0 at Stamford Bridge. Cole Palmer put the home side ahead in the 21st minute, slotting in Male Gusto’s through ball.
