Former Newcastle United striker, Alan Shearer, has claimed Aston Villa will fall off in the Premier League title race.

Shearer however said Unai Emery’s team deserve to be in the conversation because of their position.

Following a bad start to the campaign, Villa have stormed up the table from 18th and are now in third place.

They closed up the gap between them and top spot last weekend by beating leaders Arsenal 2-1 at Villa Park.
